Returns Policy.
SkinFit Melbourne has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods and services if you change your mind. Furthermore, ‘no refund’ applies to in clinic procedures.
If you have received an item found to be defected or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and you may return the new item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Retail items must remain in unopened packaging and unused.
In the rare instance you have an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
For return of items please contact us directly via contact us page, email or phone with your order number and details including photograph if an allergy. We will respond within 2 business days with details of return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can not be held responsible for the shipping of your return item. If you receive a refund for products, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
